PROCESSING TIMES
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party shipping carriers.
Revenant Supplies is not responsible for:
- shipping delays outside our control
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
- customs delays
- incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
